More than two years of channel dealer development and maintenance experience, and experience in the promotion of multifunctional aerosol adhesives (automatic spray glue) are preferred. Can bear hardships and stand hard work, strong communication skills, flexible thinking, strong execution and service awareness, and a strong sense of professionalism.

Description of job  

1. According to the company's overall strategy, organize the formulation of marketing strategic plans and organize the sales and promotion of universal glue in the national market;

2. Planning the overall operation of the company's sales system. Business direction, leadership team building, and promotion of corporate culture;

3. Establish and improve various rules and regulations to promote the standardization, scientification and continuous progress of the company's sales system management;

4. According to the company's overall sales target, submit the universal glue sales plan, supervise the entire sales process, and complete the sales tasks;

5. Formulate market management prospect planning and market design work;

6. Shaping the corporate image;

7. Formulate and implement the company's product strategy and policy;

8. Train marketing personnel, build and manage high-quality marketing teams, and guide them to complete company plans and marketing tasks.

Job Requirements  

1. Management, marketing, public relations, journalism and other majors with a bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of sales experience and training experience in the chemical industry, sales experience with universal glue is preferred;

2. Be able to independently open up new channels and new fields, and independently carry out relevant business communication and negotiation;

3. Good image, good eloquence, strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills, able to undertake greater work pressure and sales goals, and love the marketing industry;

4. Strong writing ability and training ability, can produce PPT and other teaching materials to guide. Train business personnel to improve work skills, and organize training according to customer demand for products.

Job Requirements   

Graduated in chemical engineering or engaged in adhesive technology research and development, with experience in hot melt adhesive research and development, successful research and development cases and market verification.
